These terms cover your use of NamiTax. Using the site means you accept them. They are meant to be short and readable; if anything here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.

What NamiTax is

NamiTax is a free price-tracking and comparison tool for One Piece TCG cards. It gathers prices from third-party marketplaces and from submissions by other visitors, and lets you save cards you want as favorites and record cards you own.

We are not a shop and not a marketplace. We are not party to any purchase you make from a listing you found here, and we cannot help with a dispute between you and a seller.

Some links to marketplaces, such as TCGplayer, are affiliate links: if you buy something after following one, the marketplace may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra, and it never changes which prices we show or which one we mark as the lowest.

Prices are estimates, not quotes

Every price on NamiTax can be wrong. Prices are copied from other sites on a schedule, so they lag; sales figures are estimates, not confirmed transactions; currency conversion is approximate; and community listings are unverified claims by whoever submitted them. Always open the seller's own page before buying.

The same applies to what your collection is “worth”. That figure is the sum of current listing prices for cards you have told us you own. It is an indication, not an appraisal, and it is not suitable as a valuation for insurance, tax, or a sale. Nothing on NamiTax is financial or investment advice.

Your account

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use NamiTax and create an account only with a parent's or guardian's permission.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it; you can also change your password from the account page, which immediately signs out every other device.

You can delete your account at any time, from that same page. It happens immediately.

Your collection and the prices you record are yours and private to your account. We do not publish them or show them to other users. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

Your profile page is the public part of your account. It shows your display name, the profile picture and header image you choose to add, and your community listings to anyone who opens it, and nothing else from your account. Keep your name and images within these terms; we may remove one that isn't. Anyone can report a profile from the Report button on it.

Community listings

With an account you can submit a community listing — a price, a link, a shipping origin, and shipping costs. Listings are public and show your display name, linked to your profile page. They expire 20 days after submission. A card's page shows them beside the marketplace prices we sync, and its “lowest listing” counts them, but they never feed price history or drop alerts. You hold one listing per card; submitting another for the same card replaces it. Take a listing down from your profile once the card sells.

Shipping has a limit: for a card listed under 100 €, 10 € within the country and 30 € abroad, and from 100 €, 25 € and 60 € (the same in the currency you list in). Whatever your shipping costs over it is shown as part of your listing's price instead, so a low price can't hide behind high shipping.

When you submit one, you confirm that:

• the link goes straight to a page selling that exact card: the same card number, set, rarity, and variant shown on its NamiTax page. Not a reprint, a different parallel, or a different language, and not a search result, a shop's front page, or a bundle of several cards;
• the copy is ungraded and near mint, and in English (or, for a card printed only in another language, in that language);
• the price and shipping costs you enter are for one copy and match what that page shows when you submit;
• the listing is real and still for sale.

We may ban an account without warning for submitting fake, misleading, or duplicate listings.

Anyone can report a listing, with or without an account, from the Report button on the card's page. A reported listing may be hidden while we review it. Reporting in bad faith, such as to take down a competitor's listing, breaks these terms too. We may remove any listing that breaks these rules, and when we ban an account, its listings go with it.

Photos you upload

You can attach up to 2 photos to a community listing. By uploading a photo you confirm that:

• you took it, or otherwise have the right to publish it here;
• it shows the actual item you are listing — not stock art, not someone else's photo, and not an unrelated card;
• it contains nothing illegal, infringing, or not safe for work.

Uploaded photos are shown publicly, next to your listing, to every visitor of that card's page. We re-encode every photo on upload — resized, recompressed, and stripped of embedded metadata such as EXIF location — so what we publish is not a byte-for-byte copy of your file. Check the photo itself for anything you would not want public: we can remove location data from the file's metadata, but not from the picture.

You keep ownership of your listings and photos. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to store, copy, adapt (for example resize or re-encode), and display them on NamiTax, as needed to run the site, for as long as they are on it. Removing or replacing a listing, or deleting your account, removes its photos from the site; copies can remain in backups for a limited time.

You can also give each of your favorites collections a cover image, either from a card in it or from a file you upload. By uploading one you confirm you have the right to use that image. Cover images are private to your account — nobody else can see them — and are stored until you replace or remove them, or delete the collection or your account.

Your profile picture and header image are the opposite: they are shown publicly on your profile page. By uploading one you confirm you have the right to use it and that it contains nothing illegal, infringing, or not safe for work. We re-encode them like listing photos, and the same permission applies. They stay up until you replace or remove them, or delete your account.

Fair use of the site

Please don't:

• work around submission limits or rate limits, or automate account creation;
• scrape the catalogue in bulk — it is a small server, and heavy scraping degrades the site for everyone. If you want the data, ask; we would rather help than block you;
• try to reach other people's accounts, collections, or data;
• submit fraudulent, misleading, or harmful listings, reports, or photos, or use a name or image that pretends to be someone else;
• interfere with how the site runs, or try to get around its security;
• use NamiTax to break the law or to harm anyone.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we reasonably need to in order to protect NamiTax, its users, or others. Where the cause is a misunderstanding rather than deliberate abuse, email us and we will look into it.

Availability and changes

NamiTax is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or continued existence. Features can change or be removed. If we ever shut the site down, we will give account holders reasonable notice and a chance to export their data where we can.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of NamiTax, including from a price, listing, photo, valuation, or outage — or a purchase or sale you made on the strength of one. You are responsible for what you submit, and for any claim that arises from it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Trademarks

One Piece and the One Piece Card Game are trademarks of their respective owners. NamiTax is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai or any marketplace whose prices it shows, beyond the affiliate links described above. Card names, images, and text are used to identify the cards being priced.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes, and will update the date at the top when we do. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to let you know before it takes effect, for example with a notice on the site or by email. Using NamiTax after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you use NamiTax as a consumer and live in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory consumer laws.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
