Using NamiTax

NamiTax is a price-tracking and comparison tool for One Piece TCG cards. Prices are gathered from third-party marketplaces and community submissions and can be wrong, stale, or change at any time — always check the seller's own page before buying. We're not a party to any purchase you make from a listing shown here, and we don't guarantee any price, listing, or seller.

Community listings

Anyone can submit a community listing (price, link, and shipping origin), with or without an account. Community listings aren't verified the way CardTrader/eBay prices are, and we may remove one at any time — including automatically, once it collects enough reports. Report anything that looks wrong or fraudulent.

Photos you upload

Signed-in accounts can attach up to two photos to a community listing. By uploading a photo you confirm that:

• you own it, or otherwise have the right to share and publish it here;
• it actually shows the item you're listing, and isn't stock art, someone else's photo, or unrelated to the card;
• it doesn't contain anything illegal, infringing, or not safe for work.

Uploaded photos are shown publicly, next to your listing, to every visitor of the card's page. We re-encode every photo on upload (resized, recompressed, EXIF/location data stripped) — the file we store isn't a byte-for-byte copy of what you uploaded. We may remove any photo or listing at our discretion, including through the report system, and without prior notice. If a photo infringes your rights or shouldn't be here, contact us below and we'll take it down.

Account & conduct

Don't abuse submission limits, scrape the site outside of what's reasonable, or use it to submit fraudulent, misleading, or harmful listings. Accounts or IPs used to do so can be banned from submitting further listings, reports, or photos.

NamiTax is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for any transaction, loss, or dispute arising from a listing, price, or photo shown on the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use NamiTax after an update means you accept the current version.
